Sympathy Expression

Sympathy Expression is an expression or feeling of pity and sorrow when we know and see someone or people are unlucky or have trouble and in bad condition.

We expressing Sympathy directly to him/her orally we can use a letter or card by post also by short message servise (SMS) , e-mail, television,radio and newspaper if he/she who got the trouble is far for use.

  Showing Sympathy
* I'm sorry for what's happened.
* Look ! This is not the end of the world.
* (Oh dear) I am sorry (to hear that)
* That's a pity / shame.
* You have my sympathy.

Gaining Attention

Gaining attention is a way or expression that is spoken so that other people will pay their attention to that we want to.

How to gaining attention ?
* Attention, please !
* Excuse me
* Look here
* Listen to me, please
* Waiter ?
* Wow, really ?
* I'm listening

How to showing attention ?
* Look at you !
* How beautifull !
* What's the matter ?
* Is everything, all right ?
* Oh really ? Is it true ?
* Oh my god ! What happens ?
* Wow..really ?That's incredibble !

Happiness Expression

Happiness expression is an expression that is used to show that someone or people are glad have excited feelings. 

Expressing Happiness
- I'm really happy
- I'm happy to hear that
- I'm very pleased with the news
- It gives me great pleasure
- Great ! Fantastic !
- Terrific !

Example :
MC : Congratulation, Ma'am ! You are the first winner and you deserve fifty million rupiah.
Ma'am : Am I ? Thank you very much .
MC : How do you feel Ma'am ?
Ma'am : It really gives me great pleasure ! I'm so happy !

Appointment

Appointment is to tell us or someone that you will definitely do something.

Making Appointment
-Can I see you at 11 A.M.?
-Will it be convenient if I come at 3 P.M.?
-I’d like you to help me decorate my new kitchen.Would tomorrow be possible?

Approving Appointment
-Sure. That will be fine.
-Great, it’s a perfect time.
-All right, see you there.

Canceling Appointment
-I’m sorry, but I can’t do it.
-I’m afraid not.

Invitation

Invitation is expression that used to invite someone to come to an event.

There're two kinds of INVITATION :

1. Spoken Invitation

2. Written Invitation
